Domestic — $9.95 flat rate
 

Our packages are sent via USPS or UPS, so delivery times vary. For orders to residents within the USA, once shipped orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). At this time we do not ship orders outside the USA. Sometimes our packages may get to you even sooner than you expect!

No Refunds Policy

  • Please note that, as per our policy, we do not offer refunds for skincare products. All eligible returns will be processed as an exchange.

  • This policy ensures that we can maintain the highest quality standards for our products while providing our customers with alternative solutions in case they are dissatisfied with their purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

Our return policy applies to skincare products purchased directly from RTGB, LLC www.RASHADTERRY.com website. Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, will be required for all returns.

Returns Process

If you encounter any concerns with your skincare product, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. You can reach our customer support specialist at RENE@RASHADTERRY.COM.

Our team will guide you through troubleshooting steps and offer assistance in resolving any issues you may have experienced with the product.

Conditions for Returns

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products, except in cases where there is a defect or quality issue.

Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for shipping the return back to us unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • In the rare event that your skincare product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support specialist immediately at RENE@RASHADTERRY.COM with an image of the damaged box with the shipping label & image of the contents inside in its damaged state. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you without any additional cost.
